building

Built in 1918, the eight story “H” shaped building was designed by the architect, Frederick Whitton. With its distinct brick facade, it is set among downtown skyscrapers as a jewel from earlier times.

The Exchange Block Building provides an office niche within the San Francisco Central Business District. 369 Pine Street’s floor plate provides users with excellent window line. Its historical elements are nicely blended with modern conveniences while the Building’s operations are supported by a best of class, long-term
stable ownership.

The Building is close to the mass transit systems of MUNI, Golden Gate Transit, and BART while the ferry system, East Bay bus line terminal, and CalTrain are also easily accessible via the City’s Muni bus and train system.
